Energy drink while using robotussin?

i have had a bad cough and have been taking robotussin a lot. I know that it is notorious for getting teens high so i was wondering, if you drink a sobe adrenalyne rush(which has no caffeine) is it dangerous while using robotussin which has that chemical to get you high?

if you want to feel better, and we all do, stop with the robotussin, and drink any of the "Elixer 3c" SoBes... my favorite is, Pomegranate Cranberry, Cranberry Grapefruit is awesome as well... if you drink a couple a day you'll feel better... like i've always said... "A SoBe a day keeps the doctors away."...

It's hard to say, because the Sobe surely has other chemicals and/or herbs that may react with the Robitussin. My guess is that it has ginseng. Although ginseng is not caffeine, it is chemically similar to caffeine and works in your body in about the same way. I'd say stay away from it.

Take the time to rest instead of drinking the so called energy drinks. Your body will thank you later. If you really need a boost drink coffee or tea. No it won't stunt your growth and I think it may be safer to use than an "energy" drink.

No you should not mix it. Sobe adrenalyne rush DOES have caffeine in it. Im not sure where you got that it didnt but even their website said it does. It has 79mgs per serving to be exact. Since caffeine can interact badly with guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine, both active ingredient in robitussin, you should not mix it.
